How did I use my Jackpota Casino sign-up bonus?

Before playing a single game at Jackpota, between the sign-up bonus and my first daily reward, I had 9,000 GC AND 2.7 SC in my account wallet. After using my GC to find a few slots with higher return-to-player rates, I switched over to SC to see if I could at least reach the 10 SC required before you can request a redemption for a gift card.

Will I keep playing?
With a solid selection of slots, a good amount of live-dealer games and an excellent, user-friendly website, I really enjoyed playing at Jackpota. There aren’t quite as many slots as you’ll find at sweepstakes casinos like Pulsz and Chanced, but there are enough that you’ll likely never get bored exploring new and different games.
I also like the ongoing promotions Jackpota has, including the daily reward, which helps keep your GC balance well-stocked and gives a moderate amount of SC each day. Jackpota doesn’t have any sort of loyalty or VIP program, something Chanced and Pulsz both offer.
One of my favorite things about Jackpota is the lower SC minimum required to request a prize redemption. With at least 10 redeemable SC, I was able to request a gift-card prize, which isn’t something sweeps casinos like Chanced and Carnival Citi offer. I also like that you can request a cash prize when you have at least 75 redeemable SC. Most sweepstakes casinos require you to have at least 100 redeemable SC.

I found Jackpota’s sign-up and verification processes to be incredibly fast and easy to complete.
To register my account, I only needed to provide my email address, date of birth and state, plus affirm that I was at least 18 and not in a state in which access to Jackpota is prohibited. After verifying my email address, I had the sign-up bonus (7,500 GC and 2.5 SC) waiting for me and could begin playing immediately. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.
Before redeeming my SC, I was required to provide a few additional personal details, like my home address. Jackpota also needed to verify my identity, which is done through Veriff, a trusted verification service. The process with Veriff required me to take a photo of the front and back of my government-issued photo ID (my driver’s license in this case), as well as a selfie.
The identity verification process also took just a few minutes, after which I immediately received confirmation that my identity and home address were verified. I really liked the user-friendly layout of Jackpota’s website on both desktop and mobile browsers, both of which give access to the same features and games.
It’s easy to find games and other features on the Jackpota website. Your GC and SC balances are always accessible, either atop the sidebar menu on a desktop browser or at the bottom of the page on the mobile site. I also liked that Jackpota social casino requires you to choose between playing with GC or SC right before you begin playing a game. Most sweeps casinos have a toggle switch to move between playing with the two different virtual currencies. At those sites, I’ve on occasion forgotten to switch modes and mistakenly used SC when I thought I was playing with GC.
Besides the sections for different game types, the sidebar menu also allows quick access to the promotions page, your transaction/redemption history, your account profile, and links to customer support.
The different games are sectioned into just a few basic areas. When you have at least 10 SC at Jackpota, you may request a gift-card redemption. For its gift card distribution, Jackpota uses Prizeout, which offers cards from dozens of top retailers. When I redeemed 10 SC for a gift card, it took me just a few minutes to pick a card and send my redemption request. I received the gift card via email about 12 hours later.
For cash-prize redemptions at Jackpota, you must have a minimum of 75 redeemable SC, which equates to $75. This is a lower minimum than what you’ll find at many top sweeps casinos, including Pulsz and Chanced, which require users to have at least 100 SC.

There’s also a larger than usual selection of jackpot slots, which is fitting given the sweeps casino’s name, and I liked how the jackpots are displayed and updated on each of the jackpot slots’ game tiles.
Like Chanced, Jackpota also has a good selection of live-dealer games that allow you to play alongside other players with a real human dealing remotely. The live-dealer games include a few variations of table-game favorites like blackjack and roulette, as well as a handful of “gameshow”-like titles.
Outside of slots and live dealer games, Jackpota has a small section called “Arcade,” that features four different Plinko games.
Before clicking into a game, Jackpota shows the minimum and maximum bets allowed, as well as the volatility rating. High volatility ratings offer the chance for bigger but less frequent wins, while low-to-medium volatility games offer smaller wins at a higher rate. You can also click into the game to find more details, including how to play the different features and, in some cases, the RTP rate.
With some research and testing, I was able to find a few slots with good RTP rates. Anything at 96% or above is solid. I had immediate success on slot games like Elvis Frog Trueways (96.7%), Sugar Rush (96.5%) and Mega Fire Blaze: Khonsu God of Moon (96.5%).

What’s missing from the library?
Jackpota has a decent selection of non-slot options, including a robust live-dealer game section, but I’d like to see some non-live table games like video blackjack and poker, which you can find at sweeps casinos like Pulsz. How quickly did I get a response?
I was impressed by how quickly Jackpota responded when I sent a question about redemption banking methods. I received an answer in less than an hour. Unfortunately, the response appeared to be cut-and-pasted and only informed me about how many SC are needed for redemptions. When I tried to ask for clarification, my email went unanswered, which was disappointing.
Live chat, which is only unlocked after you make a purchase, is the best and fastest way to reach Jackpota customer support.
